30 over Bumphead parrotfish move

It's sunny day in this few days. Visibility is 20m.

Sipadan dive group saw school of Barracuda and Bumphead parrotfish afternoon dive.

Almost out water their Dorsal fin.Mabul also good visibility today.

数日間天気の良い日が続いています。透明度もそれにつれて２０ｍと好調です。

シパダンダイブグループはバラクーダやカンムリブダイの大きな群れを午後に見ています。

ほとんど背びれが水面から出てたとか。マブールも透明度が良いです。

It is getting low water temperature of Sipadan,Mabul and Kapalai.

Few days ago we felt 29-30℃,getting low 27-28℃ now.

Visibility is also changing. Shallow parts not really clear,but below15m depth can see 20m.

Mabul dive saw a lot of Nudibrsanchs.

シパダンやマブール周辺の水温が下がってきました。数日前ま29-30℃とかなり

高かったのですが、27-28℃とぐっと下がりました。

透明度も残念ながら変わってきていて、浅場はあまりクリアではないのですが

１５ｍよりも深いところでは２０ｍ前後という感じです。

そのおかげか？マブールダイブではたくさんのウミウシを見ているようです。

今年のこのシーズンの天候は安定中、ちょっと去年とは違うようです。

20th July [1stday-MMD],we started underwater clean-up in Paradise-1.

pick plastics,can,fishing line etc,,, we got 6 bags of rubbish.

Thank you so much,all of volunteer divers.

at the Opening ceremony, we invited Reseacher Ms.Aw soo Ling

who gave us speech about Coral life.

We will do Coral transplanting tomorrow morning.

Sipadan visibility is 15-18m,Mabul and Kapalai around 10m.

but Paradise-1 is quit good vis,10-12m even sandy bottom.

マブールマリンディ(MMD)初日は水中クリーンナップから始めました。

パラダイスー１でなんと5袋ものゴミ。ボランティアのダイバーの皆様ご協力

ありがとうございました。

夜はオープニングセレモニーでリサーチャーのスー・リンさんよりサンゴについての

スピーチを頂きました。

シパダンの透明度は１５－１８ｍ程度、マブールカパライ周辺は１０ｍ前後です。

パラダイス１は砂地にも関わらず、１０ー１２ｍと良好でした。

Our program is clean-up and coral transplanting .

明日20日より第13回マブールマリンディが始まります。[MMD]

CAREが今年のテーマ。それぞれの頭文字をとって、

保護・配慮・責任・環境＝環境に対する配慮を意味します。

私達はダイバーは海の環境に対し、責任を持つべきであり、

又、サンゴを保護するというだけでなく、もっと広く環境公害を減らすためにどうすべきかを

伝えるべきであると考えます。

今回のプログラムはクリーンナップとサンゴの移植です。

12 July we started Coral transplaning 13th Mabul Marine Day[MMD].

We invited Prof.Der.Hayashi from Japan for brifes for MMD.

We should know how should do coral transplanting before doing it.

It's very important how depth we should choose a place,for coral survive after transplantings.

Check Scientific names,Measure coral and after that observing it.

Everybody earnestly listen him.We wish can see coral spawning it.

7月12日にマブールマリンデー(MMD)の一環として第13回サンゴの移植を行いました。

サンゴの移植についての説明をよりわかり易くする為に、日本から林 公義先生をお迎えして

講義を行っていただきました。

サンゴの移植を実際に行う前に、講義を受けサンゴがキチンとサバイバル出来るように

移植するための方法を学びました。

どの場所を選ぶのか？サンゴの学名チェックやサンゴを計測等を行いました。

又、その後の観察が必要となります。

皆さん真剣に取り組んでいらっしゃいました。

Barracudas

We choice Dive site in Sipadan where we can show Barracuda.

Mostly we can see school of barracuda at Barracuda point.

but now It seems changes pattern their move.

Luckly we could see Barracuda in White tip Avenue yesterday.

We try to do our best, Don't pressure us,,,,,Please! hahaha

私達ガイドはどこでバラクーダを見せることができるか等でダイブサイトを決めることがあります。

ほとんどの場合、バラクーダポイントで大きな群れをみることが出来ていたのですが

最近はどうもパターンを変えているように感じます。

ラッキーなことに昨日のチームはホワイトチップアベニューで見ることができました。

私達ガイドも最善をつくしています。。、皆様あんまりプレッシャーをかけないでね！！！(笑)

A south wind brings heavy Rain and wave at day and night.

It's always changing by wind and rain.

Visibility still keep 15-20m in Sipadan, depends on big tide.

Mabul site is getting down 8-10m.

Luckly not choppy surface.

透明度はまだキープしているようで、シパダンで１５－２０ｍ、マブールは少々悪くなり８－１０ｍです。

但し、潮の時間によります。

ラッキーなことにまだ、波はひどくありませんよ。

通年7月の天候は風が強くなってきますが、この数日良い天気が続きました。

透明度も風や波の状態により変化します。昨日はなんとマブールで２０－２５ｍ！

とても、気持ちよいダイブでした。
